Service Description

Armada Systems provides AI-powered call answering and appointment booking services for automotive businesses. Our platform handles scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and missed-call follow-ups on behalf of auto shops.

Acceptable Use

• Services are for legitimate business scheduling purposes only
• Misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform is strictly prohibited
• You may not use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed as agreed upon at sign-up. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. You authorize Armada Systems to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. You will be notified of any changes to pricing at least 30 days in advance.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Armada Systems is not responsible for outages caused by third-party services, internet infrastructure, or events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Armada Systems is not liable for missed appointments, lost revenue, or losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on this website and platform is the property of Armada Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Armada Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and any outstanding fees will become due.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
